My consumer no is 615626.I am a resident of howrah, west bengal. Dealer name is DIPSHIKHA ENTERPRISE, Andul road, Howrah.

I have booked my cylinder on 17 th January 07', but till today I have not got the refill cylinder.

How can I arrange alternative for cooking?

Your help in this matter will be highly appriciated.
