Non delivery of gas cylender after booking

Sir/Madam

I was booked my gas cylender against consumers nos. 609163 dated 4/12 and 681617 dated 5/12 over HP GAS help line number 9990923456 but till date I have not got any gas cylender.

You are therefore requested kindly help us about on this matter.
