Complaint regarding proper communication

Dear Sir,

This is P.Suryanarayana is one of your Customer. Last 6years i was worked in Vizag. Recently iwas transfer to Vijayawada for this i was transferd my Gas account as for your processer. Here again i was transfer to Hyderabad so today i had met to your people Ms. Hema Gas Company, Do. 1-4/7-32, Kamakotinagar, Vidyadharapuram, Vza-12.

But your people are not respond proper way. What they are saying i am not his customer only vizag customer. if any doubts i have to contact vizag or Hyd. Now iam in ideal position. They are behaving un professionally. Kindly give the solution my account with in one day from this mail dated. Other wise i have to put in this case at Consumer Cort. below i was mentioned my account details.
