No door delivery service in my area.
sir,
this is to inform u that i am a consumer of ur product, Sr. Manager of ESSAR Oil Refinery division residing at ESSAR Township only. my consumer number is 9105, the name of the distributer is Shree Sakti Gas sevice, teenbatti, Jamnagar- Gujarat.

i want to say that i have booked gas one month ago (date: 23/01) but i have not recieved yet. when i make a call to above said agency they replieid that i will send you tomorrow, but his tomorrow didn't come till today.
Indian Oil & Bharat Petrolium gas agency every day comming here to distribute his product but HP gas agency no comming, We don't know what is the actual Problem?
when i confirmed from some internal sources i got to know that they supllied all cylinder to the other purpose.
Request for urgent necessary action.
Earliest response on above issues will be highly appreciated.
