No timely delivery

I am holding an account with Jagat Gas Agency, Kalol-383721, Gujarat which is not supplying refillon time and takes twelve to fiftenn days to deliver after booking. Frequently complaints to HP_Office Ahmedabad but the HP Officer are hand in glove with the agencies hence not action is taken.
