HP GAS Delivery Dealy

I am having HP GAS Connection. After booking for Cylender., Hp people tells you will receive after perticular days. but after that period when I not receive Cylender I ask for the same HP GAS agency, But they reply that there is not stock of Cylender & it will take some days (5-10 Days) to get the Cylender.

But I have Observed many times that the same HP GAS Agency provied Cylender to people after paying Extra amount i.e. 50 Rs
