DELAYED DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

THE SERVICES OF THE LALJI GAS AGENCY AT KANDIVALI EAST HAS DETRIORATED DRASTICALLY.

LAST SEVEN YEARS WE ARE AT IN THIS LOCALITY. BUT DURING THE LAST ONE YEAR TO GET ONE GAS CYLINDER REFILL, WE NEED TO REMIND THEM A FIFTEEN TIMES. THEY GIVE A LAME EXCUSE THAT THE SUPPLY TRUCK HAS NOT COME.

THIS IS ADDING TO OUR STRESS AS WE ARE BOTH ARE WORKING AND THIS ANOTHER ADDED BURDEN OF REMINDING AND GETTING THAT REFILL GAS CYLINDER ON TIME. THIS MONTH INSPITE OF DOING THAT REMINER, WE HAVE ENDED UP WITHOUT A GAS CYLINDER.

MAY I REQUEST HP (RETIAL) AUTHORITIES TO TAKE A FIRM STEP AND HELP THE SUPPLY TO BE DONE ON TIME. ALSO, A DRASTIC STEP IS TO BE TAKEN TO STREAMLINE THE FUNTIONING OF THIS LALJI GAS AGENCY.
