New Gas Connection

Hi It almost more than 4 months I am trying to get a gas connection. As per dealer HP is not allotting new gas connection now a days. Today I called again on 011-22779757 to Divya Jyoti Gas Agency HP Gas for new connection a lady answered the phone and replied that HP is not allotting new connection. I request you to please look in to this and help me in getting new connection.
