Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
My CUSTOMER NO IS 633759.
I booked gas for home delivery on 23.07.08 (Docket No. 18974). After the booking date, whenever I had made a phone call to the Agency’s office, their representative says tomorrow it will be delivered, but till today (31.07.08) it has not been delivered.
Due to this kind of behavior we are facing very much problems. And this is happening regularly with all HP consumers. Therefore we are always being disturbed and its effects our routine life.
We therefore request you to please look into the matter & HELP us as soon as possible. We will be very much thankful to you.
