Sir,

I have a single cylinder and booked with the above distributer for refilling on 30.8.08.I have been told that the delivery will take place after 10days whenever i called to the distrubuter. On 25th. February. I have booked for a second cyinder. I was informed yesterday that issuing second cylinder will take place after one year. It has been extremely difficult to run a family with kerosene and stove. I request you to kindly inform the distributer so that I could get the refilled cylinder at the earliest.
