Me P.V.sosamma a retired school teacher of 79 year old, unmarried woman, i am suffering with high suger and pressure patient, living alone.

i called many times to my agency GAS WORLD, that is in CHELAKKARA THRISSUR DT.

every time i call for cylander they saying tommarow we will supply cylader. Now morethan 6 month gone. My consumer nuber is 613638.

Pl take immediate action and help me in my old age.anticipating your kind action.
