Cylender supplied is not full

Hi,

My self surendra Sharma residing at Shipra Suncity, 4/11 Oak road Indrapuram, Ghaziabad. The cylender supplied to our residence is always partially filled and even though seal is not broken. Tryied to complient the Vaishal branch of Tyagi Gas Agency. But no action has been taken from their end. From last three months the cylender supplied from the Gas Agency are partially field only.

My consumer no is 619623. Please take an urgent action to avoid pilferage of this kind.
