I am using HP Cylenders at home for cooking purpose.
1) Now a days we (consumers) have to book for reffiling via telephone by dialing 1716, but it is very dificult to connect the phone why do not you inprove your this service?
2) When we get the cylender we saw that the date on computer generated bill is 06.12.07 while we got its delivery on 13.12.07, why is it so?
