Non receiveing the calls tried for 25 days

I have been giving calls to Dadar Wadala branch for last 20 days, Contact No.022 24121256, but the people out are their are not picking up the calls & answering to the calls, even though if they pick without answering they bang the phone. I tried today at least for 30 minutes. they cut the phone atleast 2 times but i still rang again & again at 5.20 p.m. the person lifter the call & took the number. That means please are not interested to give the services to the customers.

We are nott getting delivery on time even though we give several reminders to them.

We expect certain self adherence from the agency.
