Late for gas delivery

I m user in h p gas agencee. my consumer no. is 600868. i have dobule cylender card but i m not use this facility because our gas delar is not supply properly. one cylender is end mostly in 20 days but our delar is not enterd booking before 15 teenth days in suply and delivery after 1 month in booking date. then we have one time purchase gas through delar and secound time purchase through market on black (extra price)
