Wanted a gas received slip as last three yea

Dear Team,

I have gas connection from last 6 years HP gas, right now i have needed the record of slip (gas received slip) from HP Gas agency. i I went many times to gas agency, but reception boy says, they have no any past record to give you a print out.

I have urgentlt needed that last three years record of slips.

kindly help to resolve this issue asap.
