Non Delivery of gas cylinde

I am using HP gas for domestic purpose from Gopal Rao enterprise. I have booked for filled cylinder one month back. Initially I was told it will take 10 days. Having waited for 15 days I went to aks for the status. They said it will be sent by tomorrow. I waited for few more days and then complained. was told it will be sent tomorrow. But unfortunately even after 30 days they have not sent the cylinder so far. There is no place where I can lodge complain. They (Gopal Rao enterprise) is misusing the cylinder causing enormous inconvenience to us.
