Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with regards to a new connection that I had applied for dated April 1. Though the gas cylinder and gas stove was provided to me on april 2 but the tube that was provided was damaged. The person who had come to install the new connection took Rs. 50 from me though I was promised that it would be a free intallation. This person did not take back the damaged pipe infact asked to call up one Mr. Avinash who is suppose to be Manager at Sejal Enterrprise, Sector-3, Nerul E. When I called Mr. Avinash he informed that he cannot take back the pipe and asked to call up a technician. Now when I called this technician a rude ill-mannered person he said he cannot do anything about the pipe. Have made several rounds of calls and now today being sunday tomorrow being some local holiday, I don't see my problem getting solved. All I can say is am very disappointed with the way HP is ignorant towards it consumer's issue.
