Not picking consumers phones by dealers

Sir,

Its reaIly testing patience that dealer of Noble Traders H.P. Gas Agency based at B-10/12A, Ring Road market, Rajouri Garden New Delhi-27 having two phone lines i.e. 25458269 and 25931019 but not picking up in any of the lines. The employees two ladies of the Agency are very rude and troubling consumers by creating shortage.

I am continuosly trying dealers phone no. for enquiry but nobody is responding the same. Every time I received late delivery from this Agency. As this is a service industry, harsh action should be taken for creating such problem to consumers. Such dealers licence should be cancelled.
