Non Delivery of Gas

I have booked for gas cylender on 7.3.2008 and the agency person told that he will deliver the gas with in 4 days . but till to date the gas was not delivered to be. Many times i had a talk with them on phone, simply they will say that they will deliver it tommorrow and ther will not deliver it. i am having only one cylender, i am facing many problems due to the unresponsible behaviour of the agency.please go through the matter and do the need ful to me
