I have booked for a cylinder on 20.10. but till today i.e 25.11. no cylinder so far been delivered in my house. When I contacted to them by telephone No.033-26634582, I got a rude answer from them. We are the customer. If we get this type of reply, it will be better to withdraw from your service, because you are not doing enough to take any strong action. I have complained against them to you earlier also. But no strong action had been taken against them from your end. I am a cutomer of "Quick Gas Service, G.T. Road, P.o.-Uttarpara, Dist- Hooghly, West Bengal, Distributors Code- 958670". My consumer No.613416. I hope ypu will do the needful. Otherwise it will be of no use in writing you a letter.
