Hp -Indane gas
HP gas agencies doing horrible mistakes. Need help from higher authority

My name is Arunachalam customer of vijayan gas agency palani (dindugal district-Tamilnadu). I have booked the gas cylinder one month back in my name but they are not responding properly and not giving the cylinder at time.instead they are giving others cylinder and not even giving the bill because of the same issue. when we asked asked about the bill they have taken back the cylinder again and not giving to us and behaving bad.they don't pick up the phone calls. either the line is engaged or keeps ringing.

we are suffering a lot Please do the needful action about this agency and kindly arrange to send the gas immediately.
