Gud aftn sir, i m praveen kumar and i applied my passport on dated 07-04-10

my file ref.no.is A016494 in ghaziabad passport office . my formalities and liu nd police verification nis ok. i have not received my passport please tell me what kind a reason to delay my passport i am waiting my passport.
