NON DELIVERY OF HP LPG, (MAYAPURI)
my customer number is 693840, and i have booked my HP LPG almost 1 mnth back and till date i have not recieved the cylinder.
and moreover the customer care number provided to us proved helpless.as nobody cares to respond that phone...
i m really feeling disgusted and helpless.
and ots really a shme that a company like HPCL... which has a worldwide reputation is dealing with the customers like this.
i request to .whomsoever, reading this complaint that take the action... n get the LPG delivered at our home n moreover provide us with some numbers so that customers can directly contact the company for their grievances.
