HP LPG (Domestice gas cylinder)
Supply of expirary date LPG filled domestic cylinder

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, today i.e, 04/11 we have received a filled LPG domestic cylinder from your (HP) company, Mondal Gas Agency, Bankura, WB. On receiving the cylinder we found out that on the side stems of the cylinder it is printed D-09. As per our knowledge the cylinder has already crossd its expiry date. In this regard, we have also approached the said agency for the replacement, but no action has been taken by them so far. Please take all necessary action in this regard at the earliest so solve this problem.
