Improper functionig, over heated, constant hanging, and the most important no response from the service centre at vashi

Hey sir this yash pandey from vashi, i had bought the hp mini note 2133 on 12 aug frm geonet vashi and right from the 1st day there has been complains like hanging, over heating, for which i had gone to the service centre at vashi (precision) they have changed my mother board thrice and now they have put a mother board of a higher processing unit

i had requested them to please replace my laptop and give me a new 1 but i think it is been 6 months since my laptop is with the service centre and till date i have got no response
