MONITOR NOT WORKING

Dear sir,

We have purchase on desktop of HP DESKTOP DX2480 &MONITOR PART NO-PE997-60609/S.NO. CNC8200038 FROM YOUR DELER M/S UTTRANCHAL COMPUTERS PVT LTD -RUDRAPUR (U.S.NAGAR) UTTRAKHAND.

We have purchased on 08.02.2009. last 15 days, we have got problem on monitor, Your delear clloected this & till date i have not get it back.

As per delear " no stock of monitor at this time. aftergetting it then handover to us.(no date given).

Kindly confirm when we will get it back.
