Not getting my claim of gift

Hi sir,

i already submit all document necessary for gift like photocopy of bill, valid sticker, 1499 dd etc.

after that i got email from hp red cell side... that they said in :- ur claim is accepted and u will got gift in 6 weeks

Now more than 3 month gone and

15 days back i got sms from red cell that u will be got ur gift in nine days

But still i not getting my gift...
