Act of Pressurising - Compulsory Pipe Distribution

Sir,

I am submitting herewith the facts for your kind personal intervention and necessary kind action.

I am Monalisa pati (not correct name), is a permanent HP Gas customer of your Rajdhani Gas, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. In March I booked the gas at your Rajdhani Gas, Nayapalli office. After a week, you supplied the HP Gas (from Rajdhani Gas) and with this HP Gas, your supplier-man (name - TUTU Babu, who was came with Auto) told that " You have to take GAS PIPE COMPULSORILY. If you dnt take this GAS PIPE, then YOU WILL BE DEBARRED/DELETED AS A CUSTOMER OF RAJDHANI HP GAS".

This boy (Tutu babu) was also told that in three days, your customer facility will be deleted from our list.

This kind of pressurisation (it may call as Blackmailing as per Court of Law) should not be tolerated by your Gas Supplier. I am a Central Govt servant working in Incometax Department, Ayakar Bhawan, Rajashwa Vihar, Bhubaneswar. I am residing at Dumuduma Housing Board Colony, Bhubaneswar-19.

For your kind knowledge, youdo not give any writings about this kind of compulsory/blackmailing things in your supplied HP Gas Booking Card. Please note that, if this kind of blackmailings/compulsory pressurisation coming to our notice, then we will be going to the door of Consumer Court.

You have no right to pressurise or blackmailing your Customers. If your Gas distributor again doing this type of blackmailing/pressurisation, then we will file a case before the Consumer Court for our problem against your HP Gas Distributor (Rajdhani Gas). Please do the needful early for customers' satisfaction.
