Miss use ID details fraud

Someone used our ID proof in bank C-card, we were not aware about this, one day i went for apply loan for my sister study loan they said u are Defaulter..

now nothing can change,

this was my mistake ..i was getting emails> U HAVE WON 100000$$ and please send ur bank details/address proof/ID proof .. so i send email.. with attached my contact details.

i hope 100% they Miss-use to my ID Details, problem faced by SPAMMERS.now im getting calls from bank i asked them from where u got my number and who gave u my mobile number!!! no one is telling to me but i know they are Recovery people and now from last 2 months we are getng calls from Advocate.. they are trying to Upset to me.. then i asked to my Advocate they said.. they know about ur details.. address and phone number.. but i never register or advertise my mobile number with any company.. im using my mobile nearly 1 year.. i never got any call, just now im recvng too many phone calls.. from banks only. and y i will change my mobile number??? nothing i done then y i will change my number tell me?? or some misunderstanding HSBC bank.. while applying card that person gave my contact number to bank!!! if i will call they will ask me to pay amount.. hahahahaa.. this is really funney story in my life...

if i will go for register FIR after that is "no use/ no value" for FIR.. so better then we tried to change my details but this is very hard to change..
