Last 1 year i m possesing hsbc credit card but in month of may i found some fraudaltant transaction through internet banking. Somebody used my credit card for internet transaction.
after that i informed the hsbc call center regarding the same.
so as per advice of customer service executive i made complaint, then she told me my credit card will get cancel and new card will issue soon. And for the new card i have to pay RS 100 in advance, After that one of the executive from bank will come to your end then give him grievence report, he will take old credit card along with report.
Still nobody has came to me for the same and my credit card balance increases month on month
i m very frustated with this issue
