Delay in settling PF Amount

Hello,

I have quit HTMT Global Solution 6 Months Back, I have worked for this company for 6 Years and 3 Months. My PF amount is around 85, 000/- delayed for more than 6 months.

I have Bank Loans and Credit Card who is charging me 3% Interest (PM) for past 6 Months. If I would have received my PF amount on time, I could have paid these Bank Loans and Credit cards and saved Rs.15, 000/-

Rs. 85, 000 x 3% = 2, 550 (Per Month)

Rs.15, 300 (For 6 Months).

Do I get this Rs.15, 000 from the Company?
