Unreasonable charge of Rs.20

I just recieved a sms from No.64611020 in my mobile number 9963584717 congratulating in successful subscription to http://gofun.in and I have been charged Rs.20/- for that. I have never signed up/subscribed for any such thing and it is totally unauthorized debiting from my prepaid charges.

I want this to be refunded.
