This is most unprofessional courier service with no status update on your courier, No response from customer care service professional.
I have sent one courier for NOIDA from bangalore on 20th july and since 25th july it has not reached its destination on being inquiring on mail got response back that wait for some status.
I think paying more and going by DHL, Bluedart, DTDC or even postal service is far better than these mushrooming courier service player.
