Huawei c2900 Worst Model

I was using Tata Indicom prepaid connection with huawei c2900 handset. Now this handset is restarting itself at a regular interval of 15 seconds even before the initializing. I took the handset to the tatashop they are telling that the handsets provided with the tata indicom connections are USE N THROW models. 6 months is enough for this sets. now this model is obsolete. Purchase a new one.

Cant understand why the company like "TATA" supplies these LOW GRADE handsets with their connections. May be this is one of the best profit making strategies of Tata.
