Egarding customercare officer contact

Sir my no is 9250234452 and from 2.1.2009 i m not recieving any local

SMS for that i m contunously want to contact customer care official no but on this no i m unable to contact with customer care officer. so pls look into ther matter n pls remove the blokage if any to my no. regarding sms facility or with customer care contact.
