Not received passport

I had applied for passport in january and completed all documentation and verification at that time . after that we had submitted application form to lucknow regional office but till now i had not gotted any information regarding this.

My Passport File No. LKO z 260265

Plz consider this problem seriously because we needed it urgently for job prospective.
