NON - RECEIPT OF REFUND (APPL.NO.128589), SECTOR 13 BAHADURGARH PLOTS

I have sent an appl. no.128589 for allotment of Plot of 4-Marla under General Category for Sector 13 Bahadurgarh on the name of Harish Kumar Batra, C/O SBOP SONIPAT along with earnest money of Rs.45500/- financed by sbop sonipat vide p.o.no.080951 dt 15/03/08, which was deposited at ICICI BANK sonipat on 17/03/08

But i have not received the refund of said application till date

kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the refund at the earliest and oblige.
