I have purchased 2 Santro Xing top model from hundai cost Rs.379000 7 months back. On the date of my first service due i complaint for one of my car to serice center that my steering is so tight its not working as a power steering they told me that we'll look into the matter after 3 service my problem was not settled so i complained to Gm service Mr. Ravikant Gupta he asked me to have a check of my power steering by their senior supervisor in Lucknow Mr. Khurana. Next day he found and agreed that their is some issue in steering, i told him that its a manual stering and Mr. Ravikant commited me to change the steering with a new one and said that right now we dont have enough stock to fullfil your request so you have to wait for another 10 days after 10 days when i called up he said that by mistake we placed a order for i10 steering you dont worry you send your car i'll look into the matter and again his mechanics checked manualy by loosen & tighten the screws and return my vehcle and said that its ok now, But the problem is still persist.
I will suggest all of my FNF's not to purchase a hundai vehcle and for this customer harrasment i will give a complaint in consumer forum for fraud and miselling.
