No proper bill and receipts for the postpaid payment

Dear Sir,

We have three lines 9894024779, 9894324779, 9894034779 and last three months we are not getting your regular postpaid bills. Last month we have remitted a sum of Rs.8, 500/- paid by cash at Pondicherry on 25-06 and they have not given any proper cash receipt. when we insisted for that he ask us to take print from your website.

we need to have last three months post paid regular bill copy as well as payment receipt of the above three lines officially.
