Std/pco dead

I have 8 BSNL landline / pco / mobile connections and I am regular customer and payee in your department.

My STD/PCO No. is 01744-245271. My PCO is dead on dated 14-04 and I have complaint on telephone, but no response than I have complaint on 198 which complaint no. is W6362 dated 15-01. But department has no response and my phone is dead till today.

I request to you please give immediate order to correct my pco. if not i have disconnection my pco's
