Dear Sir,

Please take this complaint very seriously so that company can not make fool to any other customer. There was big story I am writing in short and try to explain very thing.

I took the Hygeicare Product by one of their executive Ranjeet along with his senior Amit Kumar Sani (Fraud name Actual name was Gaurav Aneja). They gave me presentation in my office and promised me you can get reimbursement of consultancy fees for Fortise hospital until Fortise is not covered in our panel, Apart from this they divided my premium amt in two parts 1) Rs 3319/- and 2) Rs 3320/-

They promised me as this is new company and you do not have faith on us just pay one cheque and if you are happy with our services then pay second cheque after 2-3 month, for the mean time on behalf of you Mr. Ranjeet will pay second installment and you can pay this to him after 2-3 month.

I did the same and took the package around 20 Dec 08. Unfortunately my wife got sick and I refer Forties and knock Hygeicare door with bills for reimbursement then they forced to give second cheque amount first and used abuse word and force me to close this policy at that point I come to know a person who came for selling this product to me was Gaurav Aneja [99717000055] not Amit kumar Saini (All mailing conversation is attached)

After that I come to know Amit kuamr saini, Ranjeet kumar, Mansi and all other employee has resigned the company due to miss behavior of seniors Management. Then I try to contact Senior Management and come to know the name Mr Rajeev Baba (9313538988). He abused me many times and saying No problem we are going to close your policy and sent back to you, your first cheque amount because you do not use our service. They said this around 10 Jan 09. After I daily chase him and he ignores me.

On 9th Feb I got one mail from Suniel Guptaa Director [9311778988] of the company stating that & I assure you that at the very moment we would refund the part payment

amount that you have paid by 13 Feb 09. (Whole mail is attached please refer). I did wait for the same but could not any cheque yet & I tried Mr. Suniel number many times he never pick my phone. Mr. Rajeev Baba always try to pass this matter and saying yes will sent this tomorrow, today is 26 Feb 09 and I could not get my money refund.

I am attaching following with this mail

1. Hygeicare policy page

2. Receipt of cheque Rs 3320/-

3. Receipt of cheque Rs 3319/-

4. Reimbursement bills details which I sent for reimbursement via Mr Ranjeet

5. Mailing conversation with Mr. Gaurav and info@ Hygeicare

Dear Mr. Saxena,

I have just read your mail amd the trailing mails and got to know the

conversations you had with Mr. Gaurav Aneja.

I feel that Mr Ranjit and Mr. Amit Saini have not explained the

Hygeiacare OPD Package properly and have made some false/ over

commitments to you. We regret the way the package has been sold to you.

Mr. Saxena we are operating this OPD Package for the last 5 years and

are servicing more than 10, 000 families. What i could make out from

all the mails that its the fault of Mr. Ranjit and others who have

made false promises to you just to close the sale.

I assure you that at the very moment we would refund the part payment

amount that you have paid to Hygeiacare by this weekend. Since i do

realise that there was a gross miscommunication and false commitments

done by our sales franchisee, we would definitely would love to meet

you and sort out any difference. We dont want that one should have any

kind of bad impression or feeling about Hygeiacare. Its our utmost

duty and priority to serve our customers and deliver what is covered

under the package.

I once again regret what has transpirerd in the past.

Dear Mr. Gaurav,

Thank you very much for replying me and understand me correctly. As per cheque concern let Mr. Ranjeet has come back.

From your end you are correct but please think from my point of view if any executive promise me to give the amount and request me to hand-over this after2-3 month so this is fault from executive side not from customer side and Hygeiacare should take action to stop such type of promises as this do reflect wrong impression of hygeiacare. Better to stop this conversation here and let's wait for Ranjeet's arrival. Please inform me if you have his leaves record and let me give the date when will he come back on his duties.

Other part is Baby Vaccinations, so I remember very well. Mr Ranjeet and Mr Amit K Saini gave presentation in CSC campus and assured us that baby Vaccinations are covered form first year. Even they show some chart to me where this coloum was ticked mark. I would like to request you can please cross chekc this for me. Because this was main motive to join the policy. Even my other friends is also looking the same just because of this.

First of all thkz for taking the policy from us but i am sorry to say

that until and unless the chq which we have recieved with the policy

is not cleared till that time we are unable to provide services to you

.As far as vacinations are concerned we will provide the services from

2nd year onwards. Mr. Umang i am providing the services to 12, 000

people across India and i am very well aware about satisfing the

customer. At the time of taking the policy i had already approved your

bills of Rs.500/- which are nt covered under our policy and i had also

approved the bills which u have sent through Ranjeet. But all these

bills will be cleared only after we receive the payment from your side.
