I gave my accent for repair to capital hyundai..i was given an estimate of rs 45000 max after the insurance claim. today its been more than 4 months and they are asking me to pay rs 1 lakh after claimings for insurance. They never informed me as to how many parts they have changed. they never took my consent and kept of changing the parts. they say that they claimed insurance for more than 3 lakh rs. i dnt understand as to why they didnt give my car in total loss..i am from middle class family and now no one is helping me out. any guess who can help me out with this. my contact no is 9971492099. my car is still with them
