I have purchased santro car GLS on 06th july till date my car is giving me lot of problems but my car dealer (Capital Hyundai Nodia sect-62) is not listening to my complaints seriously. This is the second time i am changing the clutch plate of my car and paying the INR 6 to 7 K unnecessary. Till date this car had run just 3000kms in this span of time i have changed the clutch plate twice. I have shifted from Maruti 800 car to santro which had give me the best service till 5 years and when ever anything goes wrong Maruti Suzuki used to take that problem seriously. Now i found that santro GLS is a night mare for me, i can’t take this car to any long drive. I think my car (Santro GLS) is having manufacturing defect and need to be changed without any further delay.
I am fed up with this Hyundai (santro GLS) product and want replacement as soon as possible otherwise i have to rush to consumer court without any delay. Requesting you to look further and close the issue urgently.
