I Purchased a Hyundai Mini100 Slimphone Through SBI card offer

After a year my Hyundai Mini100 Slimphone Battery konked off

responsible for sale of chargers, batteries of the Hyundai Mini100 Slimphone

since it warehouses some stocks as far as warranty is concerned of this phone, doesn't give me a new battery

Neither their mentioned SERVICE CENTER: Shreeji Arcade, 1st floor, Junction of S.V. Road & M.G. road, Near Railway Station, Kandivli (west) Ph. no. 022 28015311 is servicing me with a new battery which i can purchase from them directly.

Instead they tell me to purchase from outside unknown shops

I checked 30 shops, all said stock unavailable. Most shops in suburb don't have the stock

Plz make them responsible
