Delay in delivery of vehicle and poor no cutomer response

I have booked Hyundai I20 Asta (O) on 27 Aug for which the promised delivery date was 25 September. Te vehicle is not delivered till now and also unsure when it will be delivered.

(I have collected the order number KUN have raised with Hyundai and surprised to know that the order was placed on 10th September though I have booked the vehicle on 27 August itself. Moreover, there was no communication from their end about the reason for this delay or overall delay of delivery of vehicle and my calls were also not taken by the representative.)

I request them to deliver the vehicle immediately, pay me the penalty for the delay of delivery and the inconvenience caused.

If they fail to provide me the solution that I m looking for, I ll log this information in various public forums (online and offline) and file a complaint in consumer court.
