im saheer from trivandrum, im having Hyundai accent car reg no KL 01 AS 7235 i have problem with my car i got a samall accident i call ur compeny sent ur motor (recovery) to carry my car becose i got accedent they said u call someone we will pay the money i call recovery people they said rs 2500 i inform ur compeny they said no problem we pay from here for recovery. recovery people given car to ur service centre (Hyundai popular, karamana) i given car 8 weeks back for repair after claims and everything they said pay some of money about 19.000 rs i agreed i will pay becoze of your staff said some parts insurence compeny never going to pay what ever ur sataff said i agree im ready to pay after 8 weeks they call from ur compeny sir ur car is ready u can come and pay take ur motor i went collect my car wen i see the motor really im so angry with ur staff becose its new car 14.000 km run only wen i see the car inside the car full of oils or grees what ever its so bad insid i told them its not good try to clean thats my first complaint, 2nd they paint very badly its not polished just paint if u see their paintig really very bad u can see sand hair its stick on that paint i told them this not the way to give try do good make polish my car i want keep my car as compeny car look thats the reson i given to ur compeny if not i can give outsid to repair they agree they will do ur staff said come after 3 hors then he call as after 7 hors thats not a matter. we went next day i saw the car they clean insaid its ok but they didint polish even they didint touch that part do any thing again sai to come next day i dont no what they going to do if i given Hilton service really they will give my car as a showroom motor really ur staff r very bad to handle coustmar pls thell them halble well way
