I had purchased Hyundai Santro GLS (Chasis No.- MALAA-51-HR-8-M-350012) under Cash Back scheme for Goverment Employees on 30th October from KC Hyundai, Srinagar.
It has been almost an year since then. Despite several follow- ups and formal complaint (Complaint No.- 1-21227461) there is no update on the cash back either from the company or the dealer. It has been a harrasment for us.
