Ake shoe problem

I bought my car on 26 dec. It has run for `12000 kms. The brake lining has come-off from the brake shoe in the rear wheel on drivers side on 04.04.08.The defective piece is with TRIDENT service center, Kalyannagar, blore. I want this to be investigated by the company and refund the amount charged for replacing the whole set since I feel this is a premature failure.
