Traumatic experience with hyundai

Dear Sir,

Request you to guide me as my vehicle Santro XL got broke down due to starting problem. When we approached the service centre of hyundai based at Patna then we came to know that valve has broken due to which Head & Piston have also got damaged. After a long follow up with the Hyundai company my car was repaired by replacing 2 piston & repairing the engine Head instead of replacing it. Now, I am worried that although the company has repaired my car without charging any money as car was in warranty period but if such problem arises again then who will bear the cost as such kind of

problem faced by me is due to some manufacturing defect in car. My well wishers has advised me to go for a consumer complaint since the vehicle was purchased in Sept'07 & has run only 5000 kms so ideally

hyundai company should replace the engine instead of repairing it.
